Picking up ladies at a cafe can be very easy if you do not come off as awkward. What I mean by coming across as awkward is looking at her weird, than saying hello without a strong follow-up. Or starring at her for a very long time before you eventually have enough courage to introduce yourself which can also be awkward if you been starring at her for a very long time. The key in this situation is when you see a lady you like, you quickly Strategize a good way to capture her attention without looking at her. This process should take no longer than 45 seconds to a minute. Once you figured out your strategy, make sure you make your presence is felt by being confident, making eye contact, and flashing an occasional smile. Below will be a few proven strategies that I’ve used to capture ladies attention at coffee shops.

It is extremely important that after you make contact, you keep the conversation going by staying as interesting as possible. Because this is a cafe type setting, you don’t want to conversate for to long unless she insists.

While traveling abroad there will be two types of girls you would be engaged with. 1. Gringos (which is anyone who is not from the country your visiting,) 2. Local woman who actually live in the country. Gringo woman along with the locals are looking for something they are not used  to and that’s your confidence, style, taste, and of course your money if that’s what you have to offer. Myself personally, I’m not the kind of Pick Up Artist who will offer a woman some money to show me a good time. However, what I would do is use my wealth along with my knowledge of the game to spark strong curiosity of what I’m all about which usually lead to them coming home with me. In this post I will describe the necessary tools to help you get laid while your enjoying your great vacation in South America or any other Latin American country.

Local woman in Latin America loves and adores a man who speaks the English language. English to them represents power, prestige, and perhaps wealth because clearly your in their country. Having this in mind, it is up to you to have a basic foundation of their language to engage them. Not saying you have to be completely fluent, but enough to introduce yourself, ask her name, and how you can get in touch with her. After you established yourself, ask her if she understand a few words in English. Of course the average chick is going to say no, or they may understand a few words which could put you in the drivers seat for success depending on how you work your cards. After your conversation depending on where you are, (club, bar, or street) you should ask for her number depending on her proficiency in English, or if she’s not, ask what she’s doing that very night so you can get the ball rolling. While meeting up with your local lady, I strongly recommend meeting at a dance club because the language barrier could be to much if your going out for a regular drink at the bar. Once your at the dance club, make sure you can impress her enough with your dance moves. After a few dances, with enough eye contact, you should find yourself making out and possibly taking her home if your assertive enough.

Gringo woman often travel in packs of 2’s 3’s or sometimes solo. They usually come from Europe, Australia, and once and a while the United States. These ladies can be found at hostels, hotels, and once and a while the party your attending. If you want want to know for sure where the gringos going to hangout for the night, I recommend finding a popular hostel and see where people are going.  The advantage of getting to know gringos are they most likely speak English. This can be extremely easy on your part if your trying to score an easy home-run. Although the two of you may be united in language, you still have to go through the process of using the game to get what you want. While pursing the gringo, I strongly recommend going out as a group to a bar or a dance floor filled party so you can put yourself in a winning position. While in the bar or club, make sure your assertive, not creepy, and acting as if your really intrested in what she has to say and before you know it, you should be making out with your new gringo lady. Don’t stop with just a simple make out, keep your hands and mind moving, and before you know it, you will be at some hotel banging it out.

House parties are by far the easiest places to score with chicks. Because these environments are filled with people that know one another, opening up a set is easy. Keep in mind that when you do attempt to approach a girl, make sure your attitude, demeanor, and posture are ‘one’. This element is important because there tends to be tight spaces to operate in depending on the size of the house. If these elements are not in place, it will be very easy for a lady to overlook you, and talk to the next guy that have the amazing personality.

Bare in mind that woman loved to be talked to in house parties. Ugly or very beautiful they want to be seen with somebody talking to them. Here’s a scenario that happened last weekend at a college party I was at-

PUK- For some reason I really love your shoes, do you mind if I ask where you got them?

Chick- I got them at ____________. And guess what, I only got them for $20.

PUK- Wow are you serious! I guess I know what to get my mom for her birthday this Saturday. My name is Hajji by the way whats yours?

Chick- My name is mellisa.

PUK- I really admire a woman with good taste.

Chick- Thank you

Puk- So how do you like to spend your free time?

Chick- I like to read, drink coffee, and once and a while party.

PUK- What a coincidence, I do as well. How about we exchange numbers so I can buy you my favorite blended coffee.

Chick- No problem.

The Silent Opener

So now that you have preserved as much social value as you can by not breaking any of the cardinal rules of dance floor game what’s next? The opener. The Silent Opener would probably be more accurately described as the the nonverbal opener because it relies exclusively on nonverbal cues to communicate dominance and assertiveness.

There are two forms of silent openers that my colleagues and I perform on the dance floor; ‘the bait and reel’ and ‘the pound.’

Bait and reel
The bait and reel is the simplest form of dance floor opener, in fact, it is the method you are most likely to see so-call natural performing in a club. You’ve seen it before, a totally random guy walking right up to a girl and initiating a dance without saying a single word. What seems like magic is no more than several intentional actions that project dominance and assertiveness to a players target.

• The Bait
  Described before the bait involves inciting eye contact with a target in a way which seems serendipitous. Glance slight to the left or the right of your target to try to catch a glance, once she’s bitten the bait, turn your head to her and acknowledge her glance.

• The Approach
  Smile warmly, lock eye contact and approach with purpose. Try to walk in the straightest line possible towards her. Do not smile like a creep or a kid being tickled, but instead give the impression that you’re mildly amused by her being entranced by you. The amazing thing about this is that as long as eye contact is locked before you start moving, you’ll be able to approach from any distance. Optimum is about 10 to 15 feet, but I’ve walked longer distances without eye contact being loss.

• The Initiation
  On your approach take mental note of where her hands are. Once you’re one to one and a half feet away from her, take her hand lift it up and spin her around. The entire process is so alpha she’ll be thinking more about how not to mess it up than about who you are and why she shouldn’t dance with you.

Pound and Spin
Although this move is a bit gimmicky it can be used in situations where you do not have enough social proof to do a standard approach or with very good looking girls or sets that otherwise would blow out a direct approach. In situations where my social proof has been reset or not as high as I would like for whatever reason, I use the Pound and Spin to reestablish myself. This method is especially good at breaking open dance circles of girls.

• The Approach
  Walk up to the set with high energy and confidence and move directly to your target. Lean over and ‘confide’ in a person who is not your target to ‘watch this’

• The Initiation
  Stick your fist out like you are about to give some props and make eye contact with your target. Wait expectantly for her to put two and two together. She’ll usually slowly perform the prop action without any additional goading or prompting on your part. After the prop action is taken, maintain eye contact as you hold her hand and elevate it to the ceiling. After both of your hands are above her head, spin her around and commence dancing. Like the direct approach above, the entire motion should be smooth, and when performed properly comes off as super alpha.

These two initiation openers are guaranteed to open any set 90-97 percent of the time if performed correctly. One thing I’d add is that when you are doing either you need to divorce your self from the result and simply be in the moment. Even if you got shot down moments ago clear all that from you mind and think about presenting positive energy. Personally, the only times these openers work is when I have self doubt or apprehensions about opening. When I separate myself from the end result and focus on putting a positive confident approach out there positive results follow.

Professional Conversation Starters, Business Settings(1) Describe a typical day on the job. (2) How did you come up with this idea? (3) What got you started in this industry? (4) What do you enjoy most about your profession? (5) What go you interested??? You may have to adapt the conversation starters to tailor it to the specific institution or event.

First Date Conversation Starters: (1) What do you think of the movie (Insert title)/ restaurant/ party? (2) Tell me about the best vacation you’ve ever had/taken. (3) What’s our favorite thing to do on a rainy day? (4) What was it like in the town you grew up? (5) What do you think is the perfect age??? This is just a brief sample of the massive archive of conversation starters. Adding these to your arsenal can very well make you the life of the party. Try not to sound too scripted, as if you have rehearsed. You want to be extemporaneous, come across as natural and fluid.

Public Encounters, Conversation Starters With Complete Strangers: (1) What a beautiful day. What’s your favorite season of the year? (2) Do you have any New Year’s resolutions? (3) Your lawn always looks so green. What’s your secret? (4) I like your blouse, where did you get it? (5) How do you plan to celebrate the holidays??? At a Wedding: “I was the groom’s college roommate. How do you know the couple?” At a Seminar, or Convention, or Function simply ask: “What brought you here?” At your place of work: “We’ve been working together for months now. I’d like to get to know you better. Tell me about some of your outside interests…”

As a reminder, you don’t want to sound as if you have memorized lines of a script. When you speak, you don’t want to sound as if you are reading. You have to be creative, take these ideas and modify them to suit your personality, demeanor, and self-image. Most of all be natural. I have just provided an incomplete sample list from over a hundred icebreakers, conversation starters, and situational comments. I have a lot more that I have collected over the year, and some of them are truly priceless. Above are a few completely free of charge. Enjoy and practice the game wisely.

One of the areas that the pick up community tends to avoid like the plague is dance floor opening and attraction techniques. Most people avoid this aspect of the game because they feel like you need to be some super talented dancer to pull anything from the dance floor. In actuality this is far from the truth, and with a little bit of practice you can conquer what has been called by some, the El dorado of pickup.

Dance Floor Rules of Thumb
There are three basic principles you need to internalize when you’re on the dance floor

• Never stand by yourself on a dance floor
• Make eye contact then open
• Never linger without acting

Lets go over each of these points to foster an understanding of each.

Never stand by yourself on a dance floor – Social proof is critical in dance floor game. The ultimate destoyer of social proof is standing alone on the dance floor looking on or scanning the scene. This doesn’t make you look cool, it mkes you look creepy. It doesn’t matter if you have a drink in your hand you still look creepy. If you came with friends, stand by them and feign a conversation if you’re on the dance floor. If you’re by yourself go to the bar area and run regular attraction material to win over and move a set from the bar to the dance floor. Both of these actions will give you a launch pad and home base to come back to as you launch your dance openers throughout the night.

Making eye contact – This rule is less absolute for younger ages (18 – 20) but is an absolute must for older ages (21+). It’s kind of difficult to explain the right way to do this without pictures or diagrams but you want to try to incite a glance without staring. People naturally glance at objects or things that they perceive are looking at them. Try looking slightly to the left of someones temple (bait) when you’re walking by them at the mall or supermarket. They’ll look at you first to see if you’re looking at them (bit) but realize that you’re not, but in that moment you turn your head right at them and catch them looking at you (caught) and meet them with a genuine smile. Not only will they feel a tad bit guilty for staring, but your smile will disarm them enough to start a conversation. On the dance floor this technique is essential to making the approach feel both natural and spontaneous. You want to position yourself and your group ~ 45- 75 degrees from the straight field of vision of your prospect (i’ll probably draw a diagram for this). It’ll take a while to master but making and locking eye contact with prospects immediately before approaching broadcasts that you’re an alpha who isn’t afraid of taking what he wants after he’s seen it.

Never linger- Many of you are familiar with the three second rule in bar and daytime game. On the dance floor you have 1 to 2 seconds to act after establishing eye contact or else you need to reset (both in positioning, timing, and target). By giving you and your target such a limited time window you decrease the chances of both you and target making excuses on why you shouldn’t dance. Net net, the more you fight those internal demons the greater chance of rejection

So you dropped your killer opener, it flies marvelously, you scan the set and engage your target by asking-

“So… where are you guys coming from tonight”
or
“So… what do you do”

All of a sudden your target seems less engaged and eye codes to her friends for an out…

I’m sure many of us have noticed a sizable drop in energy when a conversation shifts from the observational (this DJ sucks) or the theoretical (who lies more guys or girls) to something more pedestrian like what do you do, or where do you work.

Why?

For the most part, people go out to get away from their day to day, directly asking a prospect about her school, background, or career early in the engagement is total buzz kill, especially, as is often the case, what she does is not what she’s passionate about. Not only that, but questions like these telegraph too much interest. Why should you care about where she came from or what she does? At this point in the pick-up all that matters is that she’s right in front of you having a conversation with you. These questions should be reserved for later on in the pick-up after attraction is generated and the focus shifts from manufacturing interest to generating comfort and rapport.

Instead of moving to these logical, yet unimportant questions your focus your energies on creating a party atmosphere. Your goal during the early pick up should be to generate interest and/or intrigue. Stack your set with a game (e.g strawberry fields, five questions), a challenge/banter (negs, friendly teasing, joking), or a cold read (e.g. Ring or palm reading). Continue stacking hard until you start getting the indicators of interest that suggest she’s ready for rapport building and seduction.

If anything SHE should be the one that switches the tone of the conversation from the party atmosphere to the mundane interview questions signifying HER interest in getting to know the puppet master behind the strings.

I witnessed the effects of something that almost defied logic this weekend- The reverse cockblock.

I’m sure all of us have been in a position where someone or something gets in the way of our gaming. It could be a mother hen, jealous girlfriend, or a crappy DJ. Collectively, these obstacles are called cock blocks and they serve to hinder game by throwing sarcastic remarks, setting the wrong tone, or otherwise throw you off your game.

But what if a statement perceived as cockblock served to build more attraction? Enter the reverse cockblock.

Here’s how it works

PUA and his wing opens a set and PUA isolates his target, while his wing rolls off. PUA builds decent rapport and excuses himself (to the bathroom, to make a call, buy a drink whatever, it doesn’t matter). PUA’s Wing then swoops in and drops the following dialog:

Wing: Hey what’s up, i see you and person A are getting along (to target)
Target: Yeah, he’s cool
Wing: Well, i don’t mean to hate or anything, don’t get your hopes up, he talks to a lot of girls, and even if he gets your phone number he probably won’t call.
Target: (shocked): ook
Wing: Yeah, I’m a nice guy and you seem like you’re really into him so I’m just letting you know
Target: uhh, ok, thanks
Wing: Anyway I gotta bounce

What’s key in the reverse cock block is the reason for disqualification. In order to work, the PUA needs to be disqualified because of his ability to get and charm girls. When the interaction resumes the PUA should not direct address what the wing said unless the target brings it up. If she doesn’t bring it up and continues the dialog, it’s money, she’ll be flattered that the PUA is continuing to talk to her despite his ‘player’ reputation. Continue to game and increase attraction and close.

If she does bring it up, she’s showing insecurity and it’s a great time to qualify her. Address it head on, say something to the effect of “Yes, I do chat with a lot of girls, but there was something special about you that makes me want to talk to YOU tonight instead of anyone else here.” Move on and continue to game.

This is a FIELD TESTED technique, but it’s still in the midst of testing this at different points in the game cycle. I’ve seen this done Modified where it’s performed at the end of a cycle after the PUA #closes. This allows to have your wing increase her surprise/receptiveness when the PUA actually calls her the next day.

Lets be clear. When you have a prospect on deck there has to be a good connection between the two in order for you to hit it on the first date. What works for me is when I take a girl out to a full date (dinner, bowling, etc,) I demonstrate a lot of value by making her laugh, making her feel comfortable , and listening to the various stupid shit that woman like to talk about. After were done hanging out, I ask them if they would be intrested in watching a movie or something at my house. Once their at my place, this is the steps I take in making magic happen.

1. Making sure the room is nice and clean. Before i even leave my house going on a date, I make sure my place is clean because i know its a great chance i’ll be asking them to come.

2. Being patient. Dont be so thirsty because you got some pussy in your room. Relax a bit. laugh with her and share a couple of jokes. After shes feeling loose and comfortable, take her to a place where theres privacy such as a room or something.

3. The Movie- From there, proceed to putting on a movie preferbily something that would grab her attention. IE no American Pie. Put on something with a little bit of action maybe some with some sex.

4. Move 1. Den the lights. Once the lights is denned, make sure you move close to her so theres some friction happening.

5. Move 2. Put your arm around her slowly. From this point on, if shes really comfortable with you, she’ll embrace it. Once she embraces that arm, its on.

6. Move 3. Go for the kiss. Once the kiss is estblished, and if your good, her body will be hot as hell and the temperture will be rising.

7. Move 4. Lastly, kiss on the neck and offer to go for a massage and from that point on, you should know what to do.

For one reason or another, a lot of woman try to use the phrase “I have a boyfriend” to get you to stop talking to them. Based on trial and error, I discovered the best way to combat this is to simply not mention her relationship stuatus during the course of a conversation, and simplying rebuttling her if she comes off rude by saying ” I have a boyfriend before you even get a chance to run your routine. You will suprised to find out over a course of a laugh or two that shes simply trying to filter out the trash that comes her way by using the boyfriend defense. Most men buying into that crap and simply give up. Personally if its not my friends or family girl friend, I’m going for the throat.

If your going rapid fire aka playing the number game, here is some important rebuttles just in case they use the boyfriend defense before you get a chance to run your routine.

1. Who mentioned something about a boyfriend? I’m just out trying to have a good time.

2. I didn’t ask you about your problem, however, if you need a shoulder to lean on, i’ll be more then happy to provide my side to you.

3. Do you really? thats great because I have a girlfriend. I was just approching you because you look like someone I went to school with.

4. Boyfriend huh? thats good because he stole you away from a championship team ( and you look at her like you hinting about yourself.)
